H.O.P.E. Horse Rescue Horse 101 Informational Workshop

About the Workshop:
This clinic is for adults and their children (age 7 and up), who have always been interested in horses but has never had the opportunity to get acquainted with them. Attendees will learn how to properly care for and handle a horse. Portions of this clinic are hands-on with a horse.

 

Topics Include:

  1. Safety Rules
  2. About Horses & Ponies
  3. Handling the horse
  4. Types of Equine Activities
  5. Taking a ride or drive

Details:

  • Donation of $30 per adult non-membe
  • $15 per child non-member
  • Documentation is provided
  • Roughly 4 hours in length
